STEP 1
In this call, we dive deep into your current business situation, goals, and the problems you are facing. You’ll learn how we can work together, how we can help solve your marketing problems and bring consistent profitable growth.
STEP 2
The next step of our work process is to do all the necessary research and planning within 7-10 business days from the time you start working with us. We typically do this as fast as possible so we can launch your ads immediately.
In this step, we analyze all your marketing assets, social profiles, review sites and delve deep into your competitors' marketing, social media channels, product offers, and many more.
Once everything is on point, we collect all the data and design ideas in a single creative document with all our ad copy and image ideas and send it to you for approval. Once we get your approval, we officially launch the ads.
STEP 3
In this stage, we focus on rapid testing the approved creatives and ad copy. We start the process by testing out all creatives first using a small “low hanging fruit” audience that we think will be most likely to convert.
At the same time, we also conduct Parallel A/B tests, each testing only one variable at a time. Once we’ve found the best performing copy and winning image in your ads, we combine them both and see if it works even better together.
After we find a winning ad, we scale it and start testing it out on broader audiences.
STEP 4
Even in the process of scaling your ads, we never stop testing. Our goal for this stage is to test 5-10 new ad creatives each week for the life of a client project.
We scale by increasing the ad budget and also expanding your winning ads to broader, relevant audiences and more countries.

We aim to always keep you in the loop. Every week, you will receive updates about what we’re working on and what results we are achieving.
